Thank you, South Tyrol, for this wonderful second edition and for our joint contribution to a cleaner environment. Step by step & hand in hand towards #plasticfreepeaks.
Step by step and hand in hand, we are approaching the vision of #plasticfreepeaks. We cleaned up the Val d'Ega, the Alpe di Siusi, Villnöss, Olang and Aldein-Radein, which are part of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the Valle Aurina and the Casies Valley-Welsberg-Tesido region. Five more regions will be added in 2024: the Three Peaks Dolomites region, Lana and environs, Gitschberg-Jochtal, Lüsen and Ratschings. In 2025, Tschögglberg joined as a further destination. All 13 destinations have one thing in common - they are committed to a conscious approach to nature. Thank you for being part of the South Tyrol CleanUP Days!
We could never organise an event of this size on our own. That's why we are incredibly happy to have found two partners in IDM Südtirol and the Provincial Department of Nature, Landscape and Spatial Development who care about our environment as much as we do. Together, they support the tourism organisations via the working table for the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site, where measures on the topic of waste avoidance have been implemented for some time as part of the "Mindful on the Mountain" project. And now they are tackling the issue together with PATRON e.V.
A big thanks goes out to our partners & sponsors of the Südtirol CleanUP Days 2025. We are really happy & proud to say that we are supported by you! Without you, the PATRON CleanUP Days and the organisation of the workshops, community hikes and concerts would not be possible in this form!
How do the PATRON CleanUP Days work? Where and how can you register? And how does it work on site? So many questions. Just as many answers.
Basically: Anyone can take part in the PATRON CleanUP Tour & of course it's free, because every action counts! Everything else can be found in our CleanUP Guide.
To enable you to give something back to Mother Nature, we provide you with tips for a nature-friendly stay and a safe CleanUP in the great outdoors.
We have developed the 10 key ideas for a PATRON CleanUP together with our partners from the Albrecht von Dewitz Foundation and outdooractive.
